Blackout poetry

Blackout poetry

Create poetic masterpieces with a little sneaky help from John Carroll’s Make Blackout Poetry, a book filled with texts that you can repurpose for your own poems.

Take the words of greats such as William Shakespeare, Jane Austen, Oscar Wilde and Victor Hugo, or even from vintage etiquette manuals, slang dictionaries, newspapers and more, and give them your twist by ‘blacking’ parts out to create your own ingenious remix.
