Lemonade is back in a wide range of amazing flavours, based on natural ingredients. You can read more about the comeback of of this colorful drink here. In this blog, we will explain how you can make your own lemonade.

You’ll need: *Jug *Cup of water *Cup of sugar *Cup of (fresh) lemon juice *Carbonated water *Mint *Slice of lemon

Here’s how to:

  1. Heat a cup of water and a cup of sugar in a pan over a low heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Mix the syrup together with a cup of freshly-squeezed lemon juice in a large jug. Stir well and allow to cool. Fill the rest of the jug with (carbonated) water and, if you like, ice cubes. Serve with mint and a slice of lemon.
  3. You can make endless variations with this basic recipe. For example, you can add pureed fruit, such as strawberries, melons, mangoes, berries, nectarines, peaches or raspberries.
