At ‘t Kiepenpost, you sleep in a bed cupboard or in the attic bedroom of an old-fashioned hay shed. You wake up to the sound of birds singing and frogs croaking, and have a gorgeous view of the fields and water. You can prepare a simple meal in the outdoors kitchen.

Anything goes. You can make your own breakfast, or order one: Either a standard farmer’s breakfast or a more luxurious version.
Our tip
Relax in their garden or take a lovely canoe trip through the National Park Weerribben-Wieden. On the way you will find plenty of little terraces to explore in the towns near Sint Jansklooster.
Good food
At the Prins Mauritshuis restaurant in Blokzijl you can enjoy lunch or dinner, or even simply an ice cream. The building is an old orphanage dating back to 1873.
