Yoga from home: 3 platforms

Now that we aren’t able to roll out our yoga mat in the studio, we can try and take classes from home. With these three platforms your yoga from home can be almost as good as in a class.

DoYogaWithMe

Ranging from yoga to meditation classes for all levels, DoYogaWithMe gives you acces to free classes, but also offers subscriptions which give you access to an even larger library of classes.

The House of Yoga

An international website with hundreds of classes taught by experienced teachers. You can watch their free video’s or subscribe and get acces to even more. You can also find lots of articles on The House of Yoga site to help you along. There are videos for all levels and goals, such as programme’s that focus on power and strength, but if you want a class on letting go of stress and anxiety, there is no shortage of that either. You can get your first subscription for a month for only € 1 and after that you can get 50% off on a year subscription. This means you will pay € 35,94.

Down dog

An app that is available world wide, with not only yoga classes, but also HIIT- trainings and workouts of seven minutes (each type of movement has it’s own app). If you decide on the Down dog app, you can compile your own yoga class based on the type of yoga, your level and the length of the class you want to take. You can even choose the voice you want to guide you. At this time all classes are free until the 1st of may, after that you van pay € 8 per month or € 50 per year.
