Each month, we invite a guest pinner to gather and share images on our Pinterest board. In October, it was Anisa Makhoul, who was inspired by nature’s color palette. Now, it’s the turn of Chicago-based illustrator, Kate Pugsley.
You’ll often see Kate’s work featured in Flow. For example, she created the cover for our Mindfulness Workbook and Flow International issue 15 (with the blue car). Kate has also written four blogs on our website about her work. Kate studied at the Rhode Island School of Design and loves to work with gouache, pencil, waterpaints and acrylics.
If you would like to know more about—and see more from—Kate, you can:
- Follow her this month on Pinterest.
- Read her guest blog about the materials she likes to work with, her sketchbook, her photo collection and a great tip on how to stimulate creativity.
- Follow Kate on Instagram and visit her own website.
