Exercises of eye yoga

We all know spending too much time staring at a screen is not good for the eyes.
Practiced on a regular basis, the simple and gentle exercise of eye yoga can rest overused muscles, reduce tension and help strengthen muscles that help the eyes focus. The exercises — that include Palming, Eye Rolling, Focus Shifting and Distance Gazing — are integrated into the repertories of several yoga systems and also recommended by eye care professionals.
